I wonder what happen to the viruses in the quarantine if we uninstall the antivirus. Do they will re-infect the computer ?

As long as you do not start the files in the quarantine folder, you're safe.
I suggest, you delete the files in the quarantine before uninstalling just to be sure you don't accidentally start any.

When you uninstall the quarantined viruses will become active unless you delete them. You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at

The antivirus program tells you delete them and they are gone forever.

no.....they get uninstalled with the antivirus software ......

The anti-virus will ask you whether you want to delete the virus along with it, or restore it.
