At his peak, maybe even better, but not nearly as consistent. Eminem's recent work, particularly "Encore," has been very disappointing. Some people idolize Tupac in the same way others idolize Johnny Carson: they've never even seen his work yet they still see him as "The King." Maybe you don't get that analogy, but my point is that there's no reason to blindly prefer Tupac over Eminem or any other rapper. It's not like he's the Divine. Personally, I like Em the best. I hope no one's offended.

It's Christmas, not April Fool's. Eminem better than 2pac? Eminem's flow is nice but to comparing him to 2pac.... and then you woke up.

He ain't better than 2Pac. He up there in the best but Pac was just Pac. I gotta give Eminem his props though he can rap. Shady! DETROIT!! Don't diss 2Pac though. And why the comparison? Eminem respects Pac. He remade his song Hail Mary. R.I.P Pac. :)

Try some old school. Public Enemy, Kool Moe Dee, Naughty by Nature, Young MC, Fresh Prince. Em's good, but not the best.
