Depends - accountants are in high demand right now. However, if you have a really bad GPA from an unkown school - you're gonna have to try harder than people with 4.0's from Harvard.

That depends on you actually. On where to look and get a job from an established firm.

depends on your GPA, your location and the job market there, your competition for the available jobs..... but usually accountants have an easier job hunt than other career seekers.
