If someone torn his entire right brachial plexus and herniated a lumbar disc pinching his right L4 nerve root?

.....what symptoms would this person have?

more details eh? Well, If the nerve was pinched the pain down the leg would be most likely down the back of the leg and feel burny or tingly (look up sciatica) keep in mind sciatica is a symptom, just a description of that pain, and not a diagnosis.

Um, the person may also have muscle spasms, or "attacks" of pain where it is very intense for a few days and then slowly feels better over a couple of weeks.
