Try Tuneflow. You can earn free downloads by listening and rating new artists. These are smaller lesser known bands, but some very good stuff on here.

I have always used bearshare because it seems to be the most hassle free and most reliable, the only thing is you have to deal with a few pop-ups from "when you save"

Well the is a website called "www.radioblogclub.com" but its not to download music but the only other one i can think of is "www.limewire.com" you have to downlaod the program and its all free you can download movies games and music. Good luck!
