We were trying to find some sort of possible jewelry where it signifies she will be a mom with twins. A necklace or a locket but I am finding nothing. So I am open to ideas.

Thanks

A NANNY!! Haha..just kidding. Do a google search for mothers jewelry or gifts for moms with twins, or gifts for moms of multiples, or multiple birth gifts....lots of stuff will come up.
Good luck!

Try: Personalizedbabygifts.com they have gifts for mothers of multiples.

Jewelry is a nice gift; however, it will be the last thing she really needs. In fact, she may never find time to actually wear it and enjoy it. The best gifts I got were diapers, baby wipes, baby Tylenol or that wonderful gas relief medicine, or an offer to help clean my house. Now, if you were all ready going to get her some of that stuff, but just wanted to get her something nice, jewelry is wonderful! A mother's ring is a beautiful gift, and you can also get it as a necklace, if you like. There are a lot of places you can go to get them personalized. Google-it, and you'll be surprised at what you'll find.

Your idea is nice, but I have to agree that right now what this mommy will really need is some help. Maybe look for the jewelry as a Mother's Day gift for her. For right now, practical things will be greatly appreciated. Gift certificates for maid services, restaurants that have carry out so dad can pick up dinner or making some dinners for her to store in her freezer. The last thing a new mommy has time for is cooking meals. You can also offer to help her out with some housework or just running a few errands for her or babysitting so she can get out of the house by herself for an hour or two.

Over the years, I've collected a few distinct kitchen objects that I use plenty: .. miniature balloon whisks for beating one or 2 eggs, or different small amounts .. spoon spatulas made from warmness-resistant silicone .. air-insulated cookie sheets -- distinguished for baking frivolously .. a distinctive serrated, concave knife for sectioning grapefruit halves .. a cookbook holder made from obvious plastic that hangs by way of a robust magnet .. tiny cups to preserve spices, and so on. for a "mise en position" (array of all set constituents) .. small mats made from warmness-resistant silicone, to set pots down on .. a spice rack with lovely spice jars -- she would possibly want a further one

Give her a gift certificate for a day at a salon one that includes a massage, etc. A day of pampering will be most welcomed after dealing with two babies... she'll love it!

you can personalize a shirt on www.customizedgirl.com for her, with some sort of saying relating to her twins. Even, proud mom of twins, there are a lot of cute styles and you could add their names to it too.

More than anything right now...she needs DIAPERS! It is a practical gift that may not seem as personal, but for which she will be SO GRATEFUL! Trust me!

This is a necklace and you add a charm for each baby. I have one with charms for both my children and I love it. I wear it all the time. This would be so cute once she knows what she's having.

What about personalized china from one of those do it yourself pottery places? She'll appreciate the effort and time you took to make it special for her.
