Can a men tell me how much time that a men really can hold for a normal sex?

You will get many guys bragging that they can hold off for half an hour or more, like I can. But normally the younger the guy the less time he will last. A teenager sometimes wont last more than ten seconds, and that is the truth. But some will last longer, maybe 3 , 5, 10 minutes. As men get older ( over 30 ) they usually have more experience and can hold off for a very long time, sometimes we get exhausted before letting go. If he lets off to soon just do him first, let him regain his composure for half an hour and the second time should last longer. Have fun.

It really depends on the individual and the circumstances. A big part of it is how the couple approach the act and how well they are about communicating to slow things down at the right times.
The best I've done is 2 hours. I could probably manage better, but it actually starts to get a little dull after an hour unless both of you are REALLY turned on..

Most men cannot control how long it takes without practice. With practice, they should be able to slow down and last a long time.
Without practice, some take 10 seconds, some take an hour. The 10 seconds is probably more common.

My longest record was 50mins, my shortest record was 12mins and my average record was approx 25~35mins.
Honestly, as for me, it all depend on my partner, the more she enjoys it, i will try to hold as long as i could. i hope to make sure that we both really enjoys our sex play, which is most important.
I do not like to sex only just to satisfy my needs or just her need, it's no fun.. So, it's more better if both of you can stimulate each other, it'll be real fun when both cu m at the same time...

MEN ARE DIFFERENT AND THATS WHY " NORMAL" IS DIFFERENT ALSO FOR THE DIFFERENT MEN! I HAVE BEEN WITH MEN THAT CAN DO IT FOR NOT MORE THAN 10-15 MINUTES, AND WITH OTHERS THAT NEED HOURS. IT DEPENDS ON A LOT OF FACTORS- THE MOOD, THE PHYSICEL CONDITION, EVEN THE WOMAN AND THE ONE'S PREFERENCES. AS LONG AS YOU ARE BOTH HAPPY AND SATISFIED- EVERYTHING IS NORMAL.

A man can't tell it depends on both partners the mind set and how much each want to please the other. For myself I don't feel satisfied until the woman is fully satisfied how ever long it takes I think the biggest turn-off would be putting a time frame on it.

Your question isn't too clear but if you mean how often or soon a guy can rebound..it depends on too many variables to predict. I suggest you practice, get a score card and stop watch and make your own records. Then you'll know.

I have held up to 1 hour ....then I have held only 1 minute :)
