The only hetero sex going on was between the Howells and they were just too old. Gilligan and the Skipper were more than boat mates, Ginger and Mary Ann, come on, and the Professor was too into his hypothesis to look at a woman or a man for that matter.

It was an old school movie... The only married couple there were TOO old to have children. ha ha .. GREAT QUESTION !!.. You know the network's had morals back in the day .. Ricky and Lucy ( I Love Lucy ) slept on separate twin beds as well as Laura and Rob ( Dick Van Dyke Show ) I Sure Miss Those Good Ole Days .... Have a good one...

Never seen Giligans Island...I presume that it did not have a very robust medical aid program so the women just had the kids and ate them like everyone else does
