well we have and hard drive but it has been through so much and my mama wanted to get me a better one. is there anyone that knows where or have one to sell??????

Buy a new one. You don't want a used hard drive, especially if you don't know its history, because you have no guarantees that it will work. Newegg.com has very reasonably priced hard drives, and so does Fry's Electronics if you catch one of their deals. Best Buy and Circuit City and the like are usually overpriced or you have to wait for rebates.
