I'm sick, so I'm letting my husband do the cooking for the kids. That means they'll probably have frozen pizza or macaroni and cheese. He's a great dad and husband, but not the best cook!

Your dinner sounds good. My husband has the day off today and he's making us talapia with shrimp and steamed veggies. He's an excellent cook :)

Since tonight I will be running my kids to choir, speech and OT, dinner will have to be quick and simple, yet hearty. Probably hamburger helper, fried potatoes and onions and a salad.
