I'm sick, so I'm letting my husband do the cooking for the kids. That means they'll probably have frozen pizza or macaroni and cheese. He's a great dad and husband, but not the best cook!

Since tonight I will be running my kids to choir, speech and OT, dinner will have to be quick and simple, yet hearty. Probably hamburger helper, fried potatoes and onions and a salad.
