It depends on if it is crusting alot or not.
Before cleaning any piercing, make sure you do not have any lotion or topical beauty products on your hands.
WASH THEM BEFORE!

If it is crusting( that means its healing and accepting the jewelry) then you should used epsom salt, like the stuff you use to soak bruises and sprains, and clean it only once a day) DO NOT TOUCH IT AT ALL except when you are cleaning it. When you use gel, whatever, make sure to stay away from the area, and let it crust. It make look gross, but thats your body's way of healing the open area.

If it is has goobers and nasty brown/yellow/green stuff coming out of it, use a alcohol type of cleanser to dab on each opening and let it sit for - minutes, then move the jewelry around, then rinse. Repeat a couple of times, and then when the crust starts to form and it is white switch to epsom salt.

If it starts to hurt, you can use anbesol on the skin around the piercing, not in the piercing itself.

component to this relies upon on what you've obtainable or can purchase. i have used Dial antibacterial on some piercings and Betadine on yet another. both worked nice. make confident you sparkling all to the 'crusties' off the earrings off the earrings previously turning it. this way you gained't introduce each and each and every of the icky decrease back into the piercing. Turning the piercing will help you sparkling different ick interior the piercing. make confident you end your cleansing with only water so that you do not have cleansing soap or cleanser interior your piercing all day.

when I got my eyebrow pierced I used sea salt on it. you use 1 teaspoon in 1/2 a cup of warm water. It works really good and will keep it from getting infected.

Rubbing alcohol. It'll burn like the dickens, but it should kill any germs. Otherwise, call and ask the people that pierced it.
