Yes. Even women who don't have menstruations can get pregnant. The question is not so much whether a woman has her period but if she is ovulating. This can be determend with taking your temperature every morning or with other tests. Your doctor can advise you.

yes. although i've been told (by my doctor) that not having a regular period is a sign of infertility, you still have a chance of getting pregnant. my periods have never been regular, maybe two to three times a year. i have FIVE children, and that's after i had been told by doctors that i might be infertile. so god always finds a way, just be patient and don't give up. good luck!

yes as long as you have your period but you must have sex, there must be ejaculation into your canal, and you must conceive and have implantation in your womb, just when you are most fertile, somew 14 days after the period
