i've never heard that before. I mean some 5th grader can't go around by parental adv. cds, but I guess at least 16. I really have no clue. get an older friend to do it for you.

Any age as long as you can pay for it. i went and got "hunderds" of cd's wwithout an age limit. BUT it may say on a sign in the store "unedited cd's must be bought with someone 18 or older"

I think it depends on the state laws. I've never seen a clerk card anyone for an explicit CD. But, then again I wouldn't sell one to a 13 year old. You just have to look old enough, I guess.

I think it's 18 yrs of age mostly . Speaking of...... i wonder how much music actually gets the "Parental Advisory" sticker put on it.... it seems nowadays , music just won't even sell unless it HAS that sticker on it.

I've never seen anyone get checked for anything like that, much like I've never seen any store employee stop anyone from buying a rated R movie. My guess is, unless you're under 13, there won't be an issue.

18 in most States, though some will sell it at 16 if you have a parent present.

I dont think that you have to be a certain age to buy it like a movie, but if you do it would be 17.
