Tears of joy. The happy ones, while sometimes necessary and useful are not as heart rending as anger or sorrow. Anger is REAL hard to overcome even without tears and sorrow can go on forever if you let it. I love an occasional cry for joy!

Tears of joy because happiness is such a fleeting feeling. Kinda like a visitor in our lives but, sorrow seems to linger and keep knocking on the door to be let in.

Unfortunately, I believe it is tears of joy. We seem to let the bad linger far longer than the good.

I don't know, but I will say tears of joy. You don't cry as long when you are happy.

Tears of joy. Because they resulted from something happening all of a sudden, they are unexpected and when your that happy, you cry, then get giddy. they don't last as long.
