I don't want this to come up before my homepage, I want to be able to open it with add-ons enabled. When I go to "Manage Add-Ons" it says they are all enabled. How do I stop this "with disabled" coming up first every time?

it is because you are using internet explorer version 7, and in this version uve two options to run with add ons or to run w/out ad ons.
click start > run >iexplorer.exe it should be running with add ons, and then simply go to start>all programmes>internet (which is link to your browser which should be running with addons )
hope it works
