try some heel inserts... they are little inserts you put in balls of your shoes... so you can never see them and they give you comfort support and traction... I got mine at aldo shoes..... look at these.

It sounds as if your shoes may be a size too large, if they allow your foot to slip like that. Then again, as you have noticed, hosiery will make your foot smoother and slipperier. Dr. Scholl's makes 3 products specificly "For Her"; Ball of Foot Cushions, Open Shoe Insoles, and Comfort Insoles. By taking up just a little space in your shoes these may help them stay on your feet, while providing some comfort as well.

They make Shoe inserts to help your feet grip the shoe better ! .. check them out at walmart .. there the cheapest, an they have a few different Kind to choose from !

you should use the heel pads. you stick them on the heel of your shoes and that should stop your foot from slipping out. rite aid has great ones and they're only around 6 bucks for a pair. i use these heel pads on most of my shoes and it feels a lot better.

Either your shoes are too big or u need to wear those gel slip in things that go in the sole of ur shoes. They have some at walmart prob..in the shoe section.

I think it's dr sholls have inserts you can put in to keep your feet from moving

Some stores have inserts that you can put in so that your foot won't slid. They come so that if your shoe is a sandal, you won't be able to see it.

powder your feet with ordinary baby powder, it will keep your feet from sweating.

put dr.soles in them the gripper will keep your foot in place.
