Yes. It helps to lighten the mood sometimes. Even in awkward situations.

Hate, no, no longer even if I misplaced my first account to haters. yet my husband only stated the day before as we communicate that i used to enable each of the video games right here get to me so badly that i became basing my entire mood on it, at the same time as some thing became incorrect i'd cry for hours and that i ought to no longer stand it if even one contact did not understand me or became maligning me. i latterly backslid into that mode and really my husband's kindness and love presented my potential and concentration back. alongside with my own new-stumbled on, demanding-gained potential to determine what's easily from what's own opinion. I nonetheless fee each thing each member of this communicate board says and that i attempt to understand, and if i can;t I attempt harderwhere maximum would only enable it go. That must be what i need to study next in this ongoing lesson in communications. All i can say is Viva Le distinction!

OK, so in college my friends and I used to stay up late, and get a little giddy. We'd try to fake laugh while keeping our lips in the form of an "O." It would only take a few seconds before we were laughing so hard we almost threw up. Of course, everything is funnier at 3 AM.

ShannonSC is right - a doctor has actually made millions of dollars starting laughing clubs all over the world, started in India, now in Australia, and other countries. Endorphines in our brain add to our sense of wellbeing, and they are released when we are laughing (or giggling, whatever your fancy). Humor is good medicine.

There are laughing clubs in India and it's considered a type of meditation. If you get a group of five or more people together and start laughing at nothing at first you feel stupid and after a minute or two you are completely belly laughing and feeling great!

Oh yes all the time. The best is when you can get a couple giggles to go along with your giggle.

I have never done that. I will go on youtube or something to find something to laugh at... but I have never just giggled at nothing.

Not at nothing, but I laugh throughout the day at things that have happened or are happening. Also, singing out loud raises your vibration.
