Because your a stupid idiot, maybe they didnt answer back because they didn't want to talk to some stupid *** puppet? or mabye because you will be yelling a hole bunch of non sence into the microphone? or maybe because they know that you need help and by talking to you will make it worse? any of those answers are probably right!
