Call Child Protective services or the police! If "he" will not let you have your baby, and you have custody, he is not within his rights and he needs to give the baby back to you. If "he" threatens you, get a restraining order against him.

Get a restraining order. Call a lawyer and take him to court for sole custody so you can take the baby wherever you please. Keep records of any threats or violence and mention that when you go to court.

I LOL at those saying get a restraining order. I have bodybagged dozens of women who fell for that. Sure get one, but if you don't have a gun you are trained to use, a restraining order is a worthless piece of paper. 35 years ago, me and my crew would disappear him for a nominal fee.
