who is best beetween Introvert and Extrovert personalities?

Depends on what you're trying to accomplish. I often hear introverts wishing they were more extroverted, as opposed to the other way around.

In business, it's understood that the ideal manager is somewhere in the middle of all the personality aspects, bringing a balanced perspective to all points of view.

Personally, I always get 100% introvert on the Myers-Briggs, but I wouldn't mind be a little more extroverted, just enough to remove social awkwardness that sometimes occurs. I'd still want to retain my deep thoughts moments, though.

I suppose one would think that it would most often be better to be and extrovert. As an extrovert the least your going to do is make a new friend or learn something.

Introvert is a person who often won't share their feelings with anyone and keep it inside, the personality is less outgoing and won't adapt to certian situations as easily. An extrovert is one who will share feelings and tend to be more outgoing, and easy to get along with.
