Most of them are, but not all. The bulk of pregnant women that aren't attractive are the ones who get to their eighth month or so and just look so miserable and tired...you can tell they're ready to get the baby out and get it over with.

If its your pregnant woman then of course she is attractive....I don't know many guys who go around looking at a pregnant woman and thinking she is attractive in the common male/female attraction sense.
