"At my door the leaves are falling,
a cold wild wind will come.
Sweethearts walk by together,
and I still miss someone."

I am not a fan of country music at all, Johnny Cash is about the only country singer that I have ever liked.

I love Johnny Cash. In fact he is one of only a few country artists I even listen to. If anyones holding their breathe for the next Johnny Cash to come out of Nashville, it wont happen. All music including country is over commercialized crap with a pretty package and cute video to go along with it. Cash didn't prescribe to all of that, he was always true to himself and his music he believed in. Country today isn't "real." Real country is Waylon, Willie, and Johnny. God Bless them all.

Johnny Cash is what the real country music is about. It is sad what is happening to the new country music I personally prefer the real country music of Patsy cline, Loretta Lynn and the other old greats that have virtually been forgotten

Johnny funds is a outstanding source of inspriration to me. he's a guy who has lived a demanding life (walk the line would not even come close to to showing this-study the books funds and guy in Black for the entire, genuine tale) and then lived the reliable life. the affection between him and June Carter is between the most acceptable issues i have ever seen. no longer each human being can love that a lot. maximum of all i appreciate John because he under no circumstances compromised his ideals. He stood up for persons a lot less fortunate than himself and recorded the music that he needed to. I also love him because he gave Kris Kristofferson his start up at the same time as Kris flew a helicopter into his backyard to provide Johnny his demo in human being. How cool is that.

Yes, I really enjoyed the Man in Black. I only find it a pity that Nashville turned its back on him (like every other pioneer) in order to offer listeners fluff acts like Tim McGraw and Kenny Chesney. If I were ever in a barfight, I'd take help from Cash, Waylon, and Hanks Sr. and Jr. on their worst day before I'd take anything from McGraw, Chesney, or Big and Rich.

God save our Country music.

Johnny Cash was a legend and a genius, he'll never be replaced, and I believe the credit he was given came woefully late.

You simply cannot ask a question phrased like that.
'Do you like our very best'?
That's like asking someone something who has no choice.
If the person said no, he would not be the best.
I do like him, but he's not the best.
