I hope that Twatwaffle responds because I have wondered, too, what it is supposed to mean. I don't think it is particularly funny, thouhg. Faloompy is a funny word. As in Oh faloompy I forgot to take the garbage cart to the road. I think my son made it up. I just like saying it over and over. Faloompy. faloompy. faloompy.
