If you take your cell phone with you everywhere you go while you are at home, is that a sign of cheating. You are married with kids, but your phone is at the toilet with you, on the sink while you are in the shower,in your pocket when you are at dinner and at the tv, and next to you on the nightstand at bedtime. Does that mean you are up to no good? Even though it's not on silent. Thanks.

Well there are a lot of reasons a person might have his cell phone with him. One of them maybe he is cheating.. and gets calls from another women. Another reason, like me, I just am afraid I will miss a call from someone.. I have my cell phone with me constantly, I don't take it to the shower but that is about the only place I don't take it. My work, my Son's, and my golfing buddies all may try to get in touch with me and I hate to miss the call. If he is cheating on you there should be some other signs to confirm it, but just because he has his cell phone with him always doesn't necessarily mean he is cheating.

No it doesn't. He may be cheating but just because he keeps his cell phone with him doesn't give you undoubtable proof. He may just really like his cell phone? Does he recieve calls and then talk in a hushed voice? Does he run out after getting a call? There will be other signs to tell you if he is cheating.

That is not enough to say someone is up to no good, but it is enough to possibly start looking into other things and keeping my eyes and ears open. By the way, my cell phone hits the desk when I get home and when it rings I usually will ignore it. My wife is the one who will see who is calling and tell me. Remember, if you have nothing to hide, you usually hide nothing.

No...I hardly ever use my cell unless i'm talking to my girlfriend but I take it everywhere I go just because I feel like I have to...it is a compulsive thing.

I am not sure if it means he's cheating, but it means SOMETHING. This is unhealthy for sure. Maybe he's just obsessive/compulsive about it?
He MIGHT be cheating, but I wouldn't jump there yet. This needs to be addressed. Ask him. Refuse to accept a lame answer.

Not necessarily...some guys (and girls) have not figured out that they were not born with the cell phone in their ear...and that they are not really as important to everyone else as they think they are to themselves.

I would say if he goes into another room to talk, then you have problems... wait I think the phone is ringing now
