Wash your face first and make sure your skin is moist as this makes it easier to use the extractor. I look at the blackhead to see exactly which pore is clogged, then I use the sharp end to prick the pore itself. Once pricked, I line the pore up with the hole on the scoop end of the extractor and press down until the blackhead comes out (If you are still pressing hard and nothing has come out, then you should probably wait until it comes to a head some more).

Oh gee don't do that..That sound painful...ughhh Anyhow you can go to a local mart and go to their hygene isle for women and you can get one of those pore strips instead..Definitely much safer than using an "extractor tool"..

Dont waste your time using these they are not half as effective as extraction. Using (gloved) hands make sure you pull the skin around the black head out before you squeeze. Then roll the skin while squeezing to get everything out. Have loads of tissues and damp cotton wool to wipe the area to keep it clean
