THE FOODS,services & ambiance is good,BUT...... their prices makes me sick!!!

Like most franchaises and chain restaurants, I find this seriously depends on where the restaurant is, because no generalized statement can cover it. I know a TGI Friday's in Portland, Maine, where no one will go, and then I know another in Massachusetts that's not that bad.
What makes the good one good? Friendly people, the food gets to you in reasonable time, and while the ambiance certainly isn't romantic - it's rather busy - it can be good and lively.
Though these answers might differ from those in the Philippines.

I used to like TGI's, but the last two times I went there my friends and I came out with a bad stomachs due to what we eaten. However I do like the cocktails that they do there and the service that I'm received from the serves has been good

It is busy and loud, servers are nice but the service is slow. The portions are not as big as they used to be. Last time we went we were very disappointed. French onion soup is always great and the Jack Daniels Grill selections are good. Reasonably priced, however, if you could go to someplace else, I probably would... but I try not to eat at chain restaurants, I like the local feel.

Its always busy. I like the Jack Daniel's Chicken and Shrimp-actually I love the Jack Daniel's Sauce with anything they have. OMG, their mashed potato is really good. I dont believe their chicken is dry, maybe its the type of chicken you order. If you are starving; dont go there. They take forever! The customer service is OK, they could be more attentive. I dont think the prices are too high, they seem average to me.

food is average, watch out for the chicken though it is usually dry, service is rushed, an abundance of staff but always to busy to be that attentive, ambiance, kinda noisy, impersonal and child orientated. cocktails overpriced.

We don't have a TGI Friday's in Savannah GA, we have alomost everything else though.

I love their potato skins with sour cream and their hot wings! YUM!

applebee's is better..you don't have that all the noisyness,plus you don't have that busy feeling from the waiters, plus the meals are better
