I think Cristina. She is always focused on her work/surgeries and doesn't let all the banter about McDreamy or Callie or whoever from the other interns get to her. Her work ethics are very professional and she proved herself when Burke had the hand issues and she was doing a portion of the surgeries herself.

Izzy, despite her rough times she is someone that I can relate to. She's not a know it all, she know what to say and when and how. Christina is "a know it all" type and she comes across as cocky and sometimes she doesnt have good bedside manner. Meridith is just so confused.

Christina is definately going to make it. I think Izzy and Meredith are my favorite characters, though.

I like Cristina best; obviously she has a gift, and deep down she does seem to only want to use it for good.
