depending on the type of bike your planning to put it on. i know that the visor on the BMW LT1200 is so effective in keeping the wind away from the rider that you can smoke a cigar on the bike while doing about 160km/h. so yes if you want to save the environment i think it can be practical.

No please, not a practical idea. I would rather suggest Quit smoking. If not please do not smoke when you travel on bike.
