Also when I hit apostrophe, it comes up è. So I know I have to do something with the software program to get it back on English. Does anybody know how to set my Dell keyboard back on English!!

Yes, you should go to the Control Panel in Windows and select Regional and Language Options, then make sure that your Language and Location reflect where you are, what you speak!

Well the French keyboard is working perfectly then isnt it?
Go to control panel. Country settings. You can change your keyboard language to english there.
