iv just applied for one because i had my passport stolen and i dont dive so i cant use them as i.d. its because i look quite young i cant get in some places

No. it is very unlikely that they will ever be accepted in nightclubs. As a nightclub manager we are advised by the police and local authority to accept only valid ten year passports, photo-card driving licenses or portman group proof of age cards.
It is incredibly difficult to keep track of the huge amount of different ID cards available now, and so is almost impossible to know which details to look out for on each to ensure validity. this is why most clubs and bars across the country only accept the three mentioned previously. I have personally seen hundreds of fake id's ranging from easily spottable to almost perfect. because the designated premises supervisor (used to be called a landlord) is now directly responsible in the cases of under - age sales you will find clubs and pubs being tighter and tighter with id's.

If you'r going out this weekend and need id quickyl get in tough with your local police. many police forces in the country offer a temporary "verified" id card in cases such as yours where original id has been stolen. This should be accepted by clubs but a phone call the day bfore to explain the situation may help and may even get you into the vip!

MOST PLACES DONT ACCEPT THEM BECAUSE OF ALL THE FAKE I.D THAT IS GOING AROUND, SHI'T RLY BUT TRU, I TRIED USING A CITIZENSHIP CARD AND NOWHERE ACCEPTED IT BUT 1 PLACE BECAUSE IT WAS CRAP LOL!
