I can't recall an Australian band by that name from that era. We had bands that featured female singers or musicians (one of the girls from Sweet Jane went on to join Girlschool), and bands like Stiletto and Do Re Mi had two or more women in the band, but I can't think of any all-girl band in Australia at that time.
