No. All of us live on Native American land. Do you see anyone willing to give it back? The ethics of it was done a long time ago. There is nothing we can do about it now, except don't take any more of their land. We also should treat them with respect. I've known a number of Indians and none of them were whiners. In fact they whine far less than white people. Some of you really don't know what you are talking about.

ummmmmm NO! Every Country has fought over land at one time or another to have the Country they have today... it's part of life...Sure it was bad what happened to the Native Americans MORE than 100 years ago however they have been given reparations... so it's all good now.. and now this Country is what it is today.. and everyone seems pretty happy about it...

Absolutely not! I'm so tired hearing about the plight of the poor Native American. (By the way, they're not native, either. They migrated here just like Europeans, only about 10,000 years earlier.) I wish I were so oppressed that I could afford to buy the Hard Rock for something like $900 million.

ethically, yes ....morally no !! however there should be some compensation for that person, whether it be monetary or by givin them another piece of land ! the courts would have to decide if that person should get back the land !

no.

Ask to see the paperwork.

They are lucky we let them stay in our new country.

They deserve losing all that land for killing all the buffalo.

By the way, this person never had the land. Their great great great grandfather may have, so if anything, give them the value of the land back then, and watch them squander it on fire water.
