Depends on the make and model of the car. Is the mirror painted to match the car? If you answered yes to this question, plan on spending a lot, unless, you can find one that matches in the junk yard. Check out car-part.com. This is a listing of junk yards in your area, it might take some calling around but I am sure you can find one to match your paint. As far as installation goes, that part is easy. A mechanic should not charge you for more than one hour of labor.

that depends on alot of things. how old? what make?new mirror or used? call your local body shop and have them look it up.
