Don't know where you are in the UK but no lack of sunshine in Brighton. I think it is coming up to a very expensive time of the year and a lot of people get down or stressed, I must admit that the shorter days get me down.
Hope you feel better soon.

I don't live in the UK but hte weather might influence your feelings... It could also be that things are going wrong ion your life or something like that, but the weather does have a detrimental effect on a persons mood. Winter is usually the time when people are most depressed.

That is perfectly normal!! When I was pregger with my first I was the demon wife!! I was very moody. I think it was becouse I was so used to just doing what I wanted and all the sudden you can't!! But all that will disappears as soon as you see your little one!! I am having baby number 2 right now and I am much more aware of how I treat my hubby. I know he is not going to do anything wrong. Although I am still mad at the world for no reason...just hang in there and it will pass!!

the weather plays amajoy role for my attitude for the day
if it is sunny then u see me active
and it is coudy and dark and rainy then i will switch off everything
so the colours affect the emotional part of each person and u see that quiet and depressed people love raining and dark weather as for the active ones they would rather like the sunny weather with all the nice bluish coulor of the sky and the great greans of the trees and they do enjoy colour variteies
so i think that u acitve and u like colours that is why u are depressed if there was no reason ... that is what i think u are a joyful perosn and active , are not u ?

I know the feeling - think it is something to do with the horrible weather. Make sure you keep your blinds/curtains open during daylight so you are still getting some natural light in, and hopefully you'll see an improvement soon

Sounds as though you may have SAD-unless anything else is wrong???
Take yourself off on holiday somewhere sunny and soak up the rays...sounds like bliss...
