For a couple of months, I have found an unknown charge on my bank statement, but it was only $10, so I thought maybe it was some fee from the bank. Today I got an email from "Reservation Rewards," an on-line service I am quite sure I never intentionally ordered. Who knows where I might have clicked innocently, not realizing there was a fee, but I would never have signed up for this one even if it was free. It's about tickets to things like sports and movies and airplanes -- things I don't use.

To whom should I report this? I have printed out the various materials and believe I have evidence that this is fraudulent. Should I start by telling my bank?

Yes I had exactly the same thing happen to me. They had been taking 10 a month for 3 months or more and I had remembered the free trial period but I also knew I had cancelled itout or I thought my emails were going through. I finally called the toll free number and talked to someone. they have rpomised to refund up to 3 months and cancllled the membership. They were pretty decent about it so gve them a call. Also for things believed to be illegal on the interrnet you can make a report to ic3.gov. They take the report and then check into it. Best of luck

First, make a complaint to the bank. They may or may not investigate, but you should trace the source, e.g. the company that sent you the email and submit any info you find to the bank. You should also make a pain in the neck of yourself, as the squeeky hinge gets the oil.

Yes, tell your bank first so they can stop the fees from continuing. Then report it to the Better Business Bureau.
