Here are some ideas:
* Do some homework about the company, the group you would be working for, and if possible the manager. What work do they do? What do they need? What makes them unique?

Before the interview, write down answers to the following, and practice enough so you can say them during the interview:
* Why you want to work in this group/this company.
* What strengths you bring to the table: You're motivated? You work hard? You learn quickly? You do more than expected? You have experience in their type of work? Be honest.
* Two examples of good work you've done in the past.
