I think that the true answer to this question lies with the person the someone is dating. And it depends on the kiss. If the kiss was out of affection for a friend and was simple and meant nothing I would think you are alright. But if the kiss was emotional and full of meaning and sexual attraction to the person of the same sex, then I would consider that cheating.

That depends on the intent behind the kiss.
If the intent behind a kiss is anything other than being a friendly gesture, yes it's cheating. The genders of the people involved are irrelevant.

well see hears where it matters, if the guy sees his chick kissing another chick then no it will never be considered cheating in a guys book! but if a girl kisses a girl and refuses to let her man b a part of it then yes he will make it cheating! and for girls seeing there man kiss another guy! well ewwwww enough said, you dont even care to call it cheating just WHOA THAT WAS WIERD! lol.
