Has to be based purely on statististics such as; Attendence, Quality numbers, Quantity numbers and willingness to work overtime when needed. Those are tangible things that can be quantified and SHOULD be free from bias.

They must analyze their periodic performance reviews, or if none are given, meet with their supervisors on a regular basis for performance analysis. Any employeer comments not related to job performance should be challenged as discriminatory.
