Anything personal, i.e., about yourself personally other than job related, about your family life, your children, your companion/wife, how you personally feel about anything other than job related.

Your social security number, no financial information, no years graduated from any school. Nothing Personal!

If you are an interviewer, then you shouldn't need to ask this question. If you are an interviewee, and have been asked questions you thought were inappropriate, you should be more specific about what they were.
