My scratch doesnt look open it just looks like a white mark in the middle of my fat lip.

Someone suggested ice which is good advice, but if it's already infected and you can see like a transluscent color on the fat lip, then it's ulcer, and you need to get an ointment like "Bonjela".

Put ice on it. It will heal quickly. Rub a little anitibiotic ointment on the actual scratch site.

Ice and some "Neosporin" or such ointment to prevent infection.

If it was me, i'd punch the crap out of him to get even, BUT DONT, ITS WRONG, just put ice over it
