Girls:do you use soap or shaving cream when you shave?

i wouldn't use soap..ure skin will look scaley dry its better to use shaving cream..but im guilty of useing saop when im out of cream..but unless u dont have a dry skin problem then go ahead!

I agree with Carla, Shaving gel makes you skin feel smoother and better, but I always use soap, Shaving Cream is to expensive and goes so quick. Soap works, and is cheaper! I always use soap!

This sounds crazy and I was always afraid to try it but it works...

To avoid cuts and to get really smooth legs, take a bath and shave with your legs completely under water. You don't need shave gel or anything and you won't get cut. If it's been awhile since you last shaved your legs it might take an extra couple minutes but it's worth it!

Shave gel-unscented (I have sensitive skin). Soap will clog up your razor and shorten it's life significantly, not to mention cause razor burn, etc. In a pinch, hair conditioner works better than soap. It rinses out of a razor much better than soap.

shaving cream works better i have tried soap at one point and nope it leaves your skin really dry try shaving cream if you are wondering what to use

Mostly soap. I love shaving gel, but it's only a splurge thing when I use it. I'd rather buy food

I use shaving cream but hair conditioner works well too and it does not dry out your skin.

I use body wash. Most shaving crems and gels I've tried irritate my skin for some reason. I also use conditioner sometimes. I know that sounds crazy!!!
