Try chewing a Cardamom pod, its an old fashioned remedy but I tried it the other evening and it solved the problem rapidly. I am normally cynical about natural remedies but scrunching up the cardamom seeds did the trick! ( spit out the outer pod and eat the seeds). Cardamom is also an excellent spice for flavouring rice or to flavor tea.
" Cardamom is both a stimulant and carminative. In Western medicine, Cardamom is used as a flavoring agent, and also as a basis for medicinal preparations for indigestion & flatulence. The Arabs attributed aphrodisiac qualities to this herb (it features regularly in the Arabian Nights) and the ancient Indians regarded it as a cure for obesity. It has been used as a digestive since ancient times.
Official Latin Name: Elettaria cardamomum

It sounds like you may be sensitive to fiber and you may be eating too much of it. Veggies are the worst at giving gas. Try taking some bean-o before hand, this should do the trick. If it doesn't you may want to go to the doctor. Gas can also be a warning sign of several stomach and bowel disorders such as IBS and gastrointestinalitis, neither of which are very pleasant to deal with. Good luck sweetie, I feel your pain, literally: been married 7.5 years and sometimes, I worry about that too! Good luck.

changing your diet is a good first step. try to make a list of what you eat and when your flatulence gets bad so you can "isolate" which foods trigger it.
you can also try taking acidophillus pills or maybe some kind of yogurt drink or just eating plain yogurt to help build the normal flora or normal bacteria in your digestive system to help your body break down foods normally.
you can also try taking more fiber in your diet. either eat fiber-rich foods or take a fiber supplement. also, try exercising. sometimes flatulence can be alleviated if you have a more regular bowel movement. try to go everday during the same time.
my friend has also tried charcoal pills. you can get it at health food stores. he swears it works for him.
good luck!

The bacteria causing the gas have not been killed of between your diet changes.
Either dont eat between changes or eat a lot of high fibre food to flush the system.
As for the explosions during intimacy......just make some comment about the duvet still being there.

Try the product BEANO. It's an enzyme and can be taken w/ the first bite of any potentially gas-causing food. Good luck!
