Not milk (that doesnt come in until after the baby is born)...but its possible to produce colostrum and leak it at any point in your pregnancy.

Milk doesn't come in until 2-4 days after birth but it could possibly be colostrum.

no you dont actually produce milk until a few days after giving birth. what you may be seeing is called colostrum. thats what forms before the breast milk. also your breast will be very sore and tender and may seem to leak a little during the first few weeks of pregnancy. but no its not milk just your body getting ready to make it.

not milk, another liquid called colostrum, but it's not very frequent to have it at such an early stage. in fact you will feel your breasts are extremely sensitive, and growing bigger (you could actually make Pamela anderson jealous!), but usually no liquid until you are close to giving birth..

Not a whole lot but you can, I am 5 weeks and I can tell I am, but I have also had two other kids and not sure if thats why its happing earlier.
