I am the same way! I think it has something to do with the fact that deep down at heart we are all a bunch of procrastinators and "want to have fun people!" If we have to do something, we don't want to, so we want to escape to sleep...when we don't have to do something, we can summon this amazing amount of energy! Whodathunk??

Because you want to break away from that daily routine. You just wish you could rebel, and just sleep in whenever you feel like it.

I think it's the same reason I feel physically ill whenever I hear my alarm clock go off. It's not that you have to get up, it's everything you have to do once you ARE up.

You know you have to go to work and be there for the whole day. But when you have a day off you get to do or go as you please. I guess it breaks the daily routine.

Try to eat more....take vitamins...and eat things that have vitamins, proteins, eat at least two eggs every day....cuz when you don't eat properly...than you don't have a will to do nothing and that 's why you sleep so much.
take care.
