Well I have been naughty and nice this year but overall more nice than naughty. Santa will check his list twice and see how nice I have been.
You'll have to ask my husband how "naughty" I have been. lol

I like this train of thought! An appellic court to decide upon the naughtiness or conversely nicety of the appellants. Yes, I do think that this is the way these thing must be determined, the list of lore has inherent bias and must give way to a new and democratically inspired way of reflecting the value structure and mitigating circumstances that may arise to excuse behavior that could infringe upon the traditional Santa Gift. I'm bringing a crack team of well oiled and satanically inspired serpentine lawyers to the north pole to begin pleading my case. I may get that fire truck after all!

I think Santa is smart when it comes to this. He does not allow democracy, and has maintained a monarchy for thousands of years. It has always been his decision if we are naughty or nice and thats how it is. If democracy were allowed, he'd probably get voted out of office by some crooked Santa-wanna-be that would hoard all of the best toys and we'd be stuck with the "misfit" toys, although I wouldn't mind a Charlie in the Box all that much.

He checks his list twice and I believe that I am nice this year.

He'll see that, although not nearly perfect, I have given things my "best shot" this year. Not great but not the worst he's ever seen either.
