I focus on things that I’m grateful for.
Look at the bright side of life.
Your health.
Your dog
Your friend
Your computer
Your job.
Etc.
All the good things in life.
Depression is something that sucks you deeper and deeper, so if you feel it coming on, don’t ponder on it.
Chose to focus on the good, positive and special things in life.
We all have them.
If you believe in Jesus Christ then you can start praising His name.
The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. Isa 61:3
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Rom 8:38

1) Listen to some music
2) Go out with some friends
3) Spend some time with family
4).....Just anything as long as you are not alone
Dont EVER be all by yourself when you are depressed
