From your description the only thing I can think of is clackers (or Klackers as they were sometimes called). They were originally out in the 70s, but brought back in the 80s-90s. Not too sure though - I think I had one of those in yellow and pink.

Don't know yours but mine was a toy dog. It was wooden with a red string for it's lead and a yellow shoe attached. When you pulled it along it's wheels were not square so it bobbed rather than rolled and it's bark was sooo cute!

My cousin worked as a sailor way back in the 60's (ancient, huh?), he brought home a cute doll which had a hula hoop around its tiny waist. The doll would hula hoop right in front of our amazed Filipino eyes.

i do not learn about the f****t Teletubby, yet I worked for a toy save (now defunct) on the time and we had to tug Po dolls because they regarded to say "chew my butt". I SWEAR it somewhat did sound like that! We had an excellent chortle over it and that i ought to kick myself for no longer figuring out to purchase one because the govt., who replaced into really basic-going, gave us the prospect to purchase one. yet I handed. i ought to kick myself now. It replaced into VERY humorous! I somewhat do not comprehend what the makers somewhat needed Po to say--I doubt this replaced into an intentional element. i purely can't for the existence of me imagine of what she would were preserving, even after gazing the educate so regularly with my youthful ones!
