Harmless flirting isn't cheating - but flirting can reach a danger zone. Kissing and any other touching is definately cheating. There's also emotional cheating. This would be something that was especially kept from the person's significant other - and often there's sexual chemistry but not physical touching.

It is cheating when you start having sex with the other person. But it will still hurt your partner to find out that you have been thinking about having sex with another person.

It depends on your intentions when flirting, but in my opinion...it is cheating when you kiss, have sex(obviously), and the in between stage because of your intentions.

Touching and phone/internet sex. That is taking things a bit far.

Way before all that... If you stray... even psychologically... I consider it cheating.

of course the ACT is worse then the THOUGHT... but I think you cross the line, when you "run the scenario".
