I don't find her funny or entertaining on the view. Am I missing something here or is she just there to cause controversy? Did someone tell her to mouth off and be offensive to get more viewers? That's honestly all she's bringing to the show!

She should be out of there! Haven't watched the show in weeks because of her...I think that she tries to match every current event with either gay bashing or gay rights issues. I'm sick of it. Enought with the gay stuff and get to topics & items of interest to us heterosexuals! At least Ellen is out of the closet but the world doesn't revolve around her lesbianism (if that's a word!). Bye, bye Rosie!

Indeed you are not alone. Rosie O'donnel, like a lot of other crass, vulgar, ugly-mouthed so-called "celebrities" is tolerated by those who pay her for what she does, because there ARE a lot of people who'll still watch her disgusting antics on t.v. They find it all "funny" I do NOT. I find her just plain loud, ignorant and downright obnoxious, and possibly the only person I can think of who might be worse, is Rosanne Barr, although I haven't seen or heard any mention of her in a while.
Actually, you might even be right, and that she is actually encouraged to exaggerate what is obviously her nature to begin with, and be as toxic as possible. She generates a lot of revenue for the tasteless crowds who like to see her doing in public what they would get booted out the door for doing.

I think Rosie should be out of a job and out of everyone else's business. If her life is so full with her partner and children, why does she find it necessary to criticize and advise everyone? People who want advice write to Dear Abby; no one asked Rosie a damend thing, and if your opinion differs from hers on ANYTHING you're automatically homophobic. Well, my son is gay and can't stand Rosie - says she's the worst thing to happen to network TV in years.

At the beginning of her career I thought she was refreshing. Now I feel she has become redundant and abnoxious! I have totally become a fan of "Ellen" she is Great! Also, "Rachael Ray's Show" is Super! But, sorry to say, my opinion is,Dr. Phil, Oprah & Rosie are in the days of Phil Donahue & Jerry Springer...Just My Opinion..What's Yours?

I've been busting on Rosie for weeks on this site! Glad I'm not alone. I think I love you!

Once I asked if we could solve global warming by putting a plug in her as$ and duct tape over her mouth, and no one bothered to answer my question. hmph...

I don't just want her out of a job. I'd prefer it if she were out of the gene pool.

I don't really dislike Rosie, but I do think she was a bad choice for The View. She doesn't quite blend well with the rest.

I don't care for Rosie, but she should keep her mouth shut more often. She's too opinionated. I know her job is to stir things up, but she's obnoxious. She talks about herself way too much. I don't watch much anymore. But with the ratings up 9 percent since she started, I don't see her leaving anytime soon.
I guess the only option is to change the channel. lol lol

Nope, your not alone. What I can't understand is that people said Star was bad and annoying. Humph! Rosie is MUCH MUCH worse than Star Jones. Rosie is just loud and obnoxious. She has zero substance. Star was at least REAL & human! I'd take Star Jones over Rosie D anyday. JMO.

Honestly, her behavior goes back to realizing she was a lesbian as a child...homosexuals lock that part of themselves away, and learn to act what other's consider normal behavior for a straight person. This learning to act is not maturity...it is akin to a sociopath who does not feel emotions, but can mimik them...when a gay person finally comes out of the closet, they are freed of those restraints, but emotionally, they are still the age when they discovered that they were gay and when into the closet...usually around 12. This is why gay people tend to act more immotionally immature when they come out of the closet. They are. This isn't their fault though, it's a form of self-preservation from being beaten to death by straight people. Just give her time.
