I'm 18 weeks and had my ultrasound. I was wondering if the baby should be measuring at 18 weeks also? I thought if I was 18 the baby would be 16. My due date is still predicted for may 11. I was just trying to calculate the conception date. Any suggestions?

My last period started Aug 3 so I was thinking conception around the 17 but we only did it on the 11 and 20 that is why I'm so confussed. Yes I'm having a healthy boy!

Thats mad, my due date is also 11/05/07, and cant wait, i had my scan at 15.5 weeks and everything measured to agree with 15 weeks, so I think it should be okay.
Can you remember the date of your last period?? If you can it is usually around the 1st or 2nd week after that, or so i think, might be wrong tho.
Congratulations, and Good Luck, do you know what you are having???? My clinic does not give us the sex of the baby, so I dont know but I WANT to know.

- yes the baby would be measuring 18 wks in doctor standards (since your LMP), but knowing actually that the gestational age is 16 wks.
- having that in mind your conception date was around 16 wks ago too...work it from there.

Your uterus should measure the same as the week you are. So if your 18 your uterus should measure 18 in' from top to bottom.
